Short description

Torpedo is the classic sea battle board game, made for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo. Play two players on one device, offline against the computer, nearby without internet, online through Game Center, or over FaceTime with SharePlay.

Long description

Torpedo brings the pencil-and-paper sea battle to Apple devices without changing what makes it work: two hidden fleets on a 10 by 10 grid, and the tension of every called square. Around it, Torpedo adds a computer opponent with five levels that never looks at your board, the Admiral’s Campaign of 30 missions against 15 captains, a Daily Challenge, ranked online play, battles by turns with a Live Activity, and SharePlay battles that everyone on a FaceTime call can watch.

On iPhone Duo, Torpedo stands half open like a folding game case: your fleet upright, the enemy waters flat under your fingers. Every classic rule is there (5- or 10-ship fleets, Salvo, Chainfire, a hit earns another shot), plus Advanced Weapons. The game supports full VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Switch Control and a high-contrast board, in 30 languages. Online and nearby battles seal both fleets before the first shot and check every result at the end, and nothing for sale helps against another player.
