Torpedo: Sea Battle 2 Player (iOS). Effective October 7, 2026.

1. The agreement

Torpedo is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add the game-specific rules below. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins. By downloading or playing Torpedo you agree to both. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.

Torpedo is provided by Appalex Limited (Appalex Kft.), 1012 Budapest, Logodi utca 48. A. lház. 1. em. 2. ajtó, Hungary; company registration 01-09-433441; tax number 32612600-2-41; email info@appalex.hu.

2. Who may play

Torpedo is rated 9+ on the App Store. Players under the age of majority in their country should have a parent or guardian’s permission, especially for purchases. Parents can manage purchases with Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy.

3. Fair play

  • Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automate play in online, nearby, ranked or turn-based battles.
  • Don’t use offensive Game Center names or harass other players.
  • Online and nearby battles seal both fleets before the first shot and check results at the end. A battle that fails the check may be voided and its result removed from leaderboards and ratings.
  • We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or limit access to online features for players who break these rules.

4. Coins, Pearls and other virtual items

  • Coins and Pearls are virtual items with no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and they are not refundable except where the law or Apple’s policies require it.
  • You get a license to use virtual items in the game, not ownership of them. Items bought with Pearls or money stay yours on any device with the same Apple Account and iCloud.
  • Boosters work only in battles against the computer and never count on leaderboards or achievements.
  • We may change prices, rebalance items and retire items from sale.

5. The Admiral Club subscription

  • The Admiral Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). The price and what is included are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.

6. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves. EU consumers: by confirming a purchase of digital content you ask for it to be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU law.

7. Changes and availability

We improve Torpedo continuously and may add, change or remove modes, rules and items. Online features depend on Apple’s Game Center and other services and may be interrupted. If we ever stop running Torpedo, we will announce it in the app in advance and stop selling Pearls and subscriptions from the announcement.

8. Ads

Torpedo shows ads from Google AdMob and partner networks. Ads are provided by third parties; we don’t control or endorse what they advertise. Remove Ads or the Admiral Club turns off ads between battles, banners and launch ads; reward videos remain optional.

9. Intellectual property

The game, its art, music, code and the Torpedo name and logo belong to Appalex or its licensors. Screenshots and assets in our press kit may be used for editorial coverage. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Game Center, FaceTime and SharePlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.

10. Liability

Torpedo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us through Apple for Torpedo in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first at info@appalex.hu; most problems are solved by email. These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The courts of Budapest have jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you bring proceedings where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
